According to the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, Morgan Stanley acquired roughly 19.66 million shares of Biren Technology (HKEX: 06082) on July 8th. The transaction was executed at a price of HK$47.6555 per share, resulting in a total consideration of approximately HK$937 million.

Following this acquisition, Morgan Stanley's latest shareholding stands at about 82.18 million shares, representing a 6.06% stake in the company.
