According to the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, on August 14, shareholders of XINYI GLASS (00868) transferred their shares from The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation to Citibank, with a transfer market value of HK$17.13 billion, representing 4.48% of the total shares.

XINYI GLASS announced its interim results for the six months ended June 30, 2025, reporting revenue of RMB 9.821 billion (down 9.74% year-on-year), profit attributable to shareholders of RMB 1.013 billion (down 59.64% year-on-year), basic earnings per share of 23.25 cents, and a proposed interim dividend of 12.5 HK cents per share.
