On April 15, the "Minqing County Artificial Intelligence Industry Development White Paper for the 15th Five-Year Plan Period" was officially released. Based on practical considerations, the white paper outlines clear objectives: by the end of 2026, Minqing aims to solidify the foundation of its AI development, establish robust platforms, and implement concrete projects. Around 2028, the county plans to form a synergistic development framework integrating five key elements: hardware, energy, computing power, data, and algorithms. Looking ahead to 2030, Minqing will gradually build a relatively complete industrial system, application ecosystem, and support infrastructure, positioning artificial intelligence as a crucial engine driving high-quality development at the county level. This initiative seeks to pioneer a new pathway for AI development tailored to the characteristics of a mountainous county.
