The company announced it is expanding its UK operations with a new Quantum Innovation Centre at Oxford Technology Park, scheduled to open later this year. This facility will triple Infleqtion's local research, development, and production footprint, marking a strategic shift from development to onshore manufacturing in Oxford and Harwell.

The expansion follows the recent delivery of the UK's first operational 100-physical-qubit quantum computer to the National Quantum Computing Centre at Harwell. The company also plans to hire across multiple disciplines including physics, engineering, software, and manufacturing to build a larger UK workforce, supporting various UK quantum programs.
