As of January 31, 2026, Eternal Beauty Holdings reported no adjustments to its authorized share capital, which stood at 7,000,000,000 ordinary shares at a par value of HKD 0.001. The total authorized share capital remained at HKD 7,000,000.

The total number of issued shares also remained unchanged at 1,358,000,000 ordinary shares. The minimum public float requirement (25% of issued shares excluding any treasury shares) was confirmed to be in compliance.

Under the Pre-IPO Share Option Scheme adopted on June 18, 2024, the outstanding balance remained at 1,594,000 share options, with no new shares issued. A further Share Option Scheme adopted on June 6, 2025 did not have any outstanding options as of month-end, but may allow for the issuance of up to 107,146,000 shares in the future. No funds were raised from the exercise of options during the reporting period.
