The issued share capital stood at 93.84 million shares at the month’s close, unchanged from the preceding month, and treasury shares remained at zero.

According to the announcement, the company’s public float continued to meet the applicable 25% minimum requirement. Under the share option scheme approved on 18 June 2024, there were 9.38 million shares available for issuance or transfer at month-end, with no new shares issued during February.
