SUNAC SERVICES (01516) has announced that following the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting, Mr. Wang Mengde has stepped down from his role as Non-Executive Director and did not seek re-election. Effective from the end of the Annual General Meeting, Mr. Wang has also resigned as Chairman of the Board and Chairman of the Nomination Committee. Mr. Huang Shuping has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director, effective from the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting.
