Huaibei GreenGold Industry Investment Co., Ltd. (stock code: 02450, “Huaibei GreenGold”) has warned shareholders and investors of a widened full-year loss for the twelve months ended 31 December 2025 (FY2025).

The board expects a loss attributable to equity shareholders of between RMB25.00 million and RMB35.00 million, compared with a RMB22.00 million loss recorded in FY2024. The unaudited range implies the company’s deficit could expand by up to 59 % year on year.

Management cites three principal factors behind the deterioration: 1. A sharp decline and temporary suspension of operations in the concrete segment. 2. Further decreases in aggregate prices during the reporting period. 3. An additional increase in impairment provisions for property, plant and equipment.

The figures are based on the Group’s unaudited management accounts, which remain subject to review by the audit committee and the external auditor. Final FY2025 results are scheduled for release by end-March 2026.

The company advises shareholders and prospective investors to exercise caution when dealing in its securities until the audited results are published.
