TIANGE (01980) has announced that Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu (Deloitte) will retire as the company's independent auditor following the conclusion of the upcoming Annual General Meeting scheduled for May 29, 2026, upon the expiry of its current term. This decision comes as the Board of Directors, following the recommendation of the company's Audit Committee, has resolved not to reappoint Deloitte as the independent auditor. The Board further announced that, based on the company's articles of association and the recommendation of the Audit Committee, it has resolved to propose the appointment of Rongcheng (Hong Kong) Certified Public Accountants Limited (Rongcheng) as the company's independent auditor. The appointment is intended to take effect from the conclusion of the upcoming Annual General Meeting until the end of the next Annual General Meeting, subject to approval by shareholders through an ordinary resolution at the meeting.
