Gilston Group Limited’s board announced that, effective 23 January 2026, Ms. Yu Sin Ting stepped down from her roles as company secretary, authorised representative under the Stock Exchange’s Listing Rules, and process agent of Gilston Group Limited. Ms. Yu confirmed she has no disagreements with the board and that there are no matters requiring further attention.

With effect from 23 January 2026, Mr. Chan Kam Fuk has been appointed to fill these positions. Mr. Chan is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a Certified Practising Accountant in Australia, bringing extensive experience in accounting, auditing, and company secretarial matters.
