As autumn arrives with pleasant weather and osmanthus flowers bloom, the Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day holidays approach. To inherit excellent traditional Chinese culture, China Mobile Limited's Lianyungang branch in Jiangsu Province (hereinafter referred to as "Lianyungang Mobile") continues its tradition of caring service by organizing volunteers to visit partner communities and conduct "Double Festival Celebration, Warming Communities" volunteer activities, bringing holiday care and heartwarming services to elderly community residents.

During the activities, volunteers visited the home of Grandma Wang, a left-behind elderly resident in the Beautiful Home Community of Guanyun County. The volunteers had warm conversations with the elderly woman, inquiring in detail about her physical condition and daily needs, and presented holiday gifts while extending early best wishes for both festivals. Considering the high incidence of telecommunication fraud during holidays, volunteers also provided hands-on guidance to help the elderly woman clean up phone memory and optimize communication settings. They used simple language to explain prevention methods based on examples of new fraud schemes such as "National Day ticket booking scams" and "Mid-Autumn gift refund scams," and assisted Grandma Wang in downloading and activating the National Anti-Fraud Center app, effectively building a solid "communication security defense line" for elderly people.

This dual holiday volunteer activity not only allowed left-behind elderly in the community to feel the warmth of the festivals, but also demonstrated the mobile company's social responsibility through practical actions.
