Zhou Hei Ya repurchases 214,000 shares on 6 Oct; cumulative buy-back under 2026 mandate reaches 13.21 million

Zhou Hei Ya International Holdings Company Limited disclosed on 6 October 2026 that it bought back 214,000 ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at prices ranging from HKD 1.025 to HKD 1.04 per share, spending HKD 0.22 million. The shares are designated for cancellation.

The latest transaction leaves the company’s issued share capital unchanged at 2.08 billion shares, as all repurchased stock awaits formal cancellation.

The filing details 50 repurchase trades executed between 1 June and 6 October 2026. In total, 15.20 million shares are pending cancellation, equal to approximately 0.73% of the current issued share base.

Under the repurchase mandate approved on 10 June 2026, Zhou Hei Ya has so far acquired 13.21 million shares, representing 0.63% of the shares outstanding on the mandate date. The mandate authorises repurchases of up to 211.29 million shares.

In accordance with Listing Rule 10.06(3)(a), the company cannot issue new shares until 5 November 2026.
