Karrie International Holdings Limited (Stock Code: 1050) completed the placing of 65,832,000 existing shares on 2 February 2026 at HK$2.37 each. According to the announcement, the placing was conducted under a general mandate and was subscribed by not fewer than six independent third-party placees. None of these placees became a substantial shareholder of the company upon completion.

On 11 February 2026, 65,832,000 new shares were allotted and issued at HK$2.37 under a top-up subscription arrangement. Net proceeds of approximately HK$152 million were generated from the transaction. The company intends to utilize these proceeds to expand production capacity for server chassis and related products overseas, encompassing the purchase of new equipment for existing and new plants in Thailand, potential construction of factories, and possible mergers or acquisitions in international markets.

After completion of both transactions, the total number of shares in issue increased from 2,021,463,200 to 2,087,295,200. Beneficial ownership by the main seller, holding 260,000,000 shares before and after completion, stands at approximately 12.46% of the enlarged share capital.
