C Financial Services (HKEX: 00605) has announced that on 30 September 2026, its wholly-owned subsidiary Chengtai Microcredit, acting as lender, entered into a loan agreement with client GS, acting as borrower.

Under the agreement, Chengtai Microcredit has agreed to extend a loan with a principal amount of RMB 6.8 million to the borrower for a term of six months.
