Management attributes the turnaround to three key factors:

1. Revenue Expansion • Revenue rose by more than HK$1.50 billion, driven primarily by substantial growth in the reverse supply chain management and environmental-related service segment.

2. Cost Dynamics • Selling and distribution expenses increased by over HK$26.00 million, broadly in line with business volume growth. • Equity-settled share-based payment expenses fell by more than HK$35.00 million compared with the prior year.
