KA SHUI INT'L (00822) announced that Engineer Chan Sin Wing (Engineer Chan) has retired from his position as an executive director. As he wishes to dedicate more time to his other responsibilities within the group, he did not seek re-election at the Annual General Meeting. Consequently, Engineer Chan has stepped down as an executive director but will continue to serve as the group's Chief Technology Officer.

Professor Sun Kai Lit (Professor Sun) has retired from his role as an independent non-executive director upon rotation, and due to retirement, he did not seek re-election at the Annual General Meeting. As a result, Professor Sun has retired as an independent non-executive director. He also no longer serves as a member of the Audit Committee and as the Chairman of the Remuneration Committee and the Nomination Committee.

Engineer Dr. Lo Wai Kwok (Dr. Lo), an independent non-executive director, has been re-designated from a member to the Chairman of the Remuneration Committee and the Nomination Committee. He will continue to serve as a member of the Audit Committee.
