On 24 March 2026, SINOSYNERGY disclosed that Non-Executive Director Mr. Yang Zeyun has resigned, citing the need to dedicate more time to personal commitments. The Board confirmed that Mr. Yang has no disagreement with the Company and that no other matters require shareholder attention.

Following the resignation, Mr. Yang also stepped down from the Board’s Strategy Committee. Executive Director Mr. Ye Jiajie has been appointed to the committee with immediate effect.

The Company is actively identifying a suitable candidate to fill the Board vacancy and will issue further announcements when appropriate.

As of the announcement date, the Board comprises two executive directors (Mr. Chen Xiaomin and Mr. Ye Jiajie), three non-executive directors (Mr. Dong Guihu, Mr. Huang Jiao and Mr. Zhang Chen), and three independent non-executive directors (Mr. Liu Xin, Dr. Xing Wei and Ms. Wong Yan Ki, Angel).
