SF HOLDING (06936) has announced that to foster the long-term development of its intra-city business and achieve a positive interaction between industrial operations and capital management, on May 8, 2026, its listed subsidiary, Hangzhou SF Intra-City Industrial Co., Ltd. (stock abbreviation: SF Intra-City, stock code: 09699.HK), through its wholly-owned subsidiary Shenzhen SF Intra-City Logistics Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Shenzhen Intra-City"), signed the partnership agreement for Suzhou Xiaoyu Chengxi Venture Capital Partnership (Limited Partnership). The Suzhou Xiaoyu Chengxi Venture Capital Partnership (Limited Partnership) primarily invests in non-listed enterprises within sectors such as intelligence, low-carbon and new energy, logistics technology, and new opportunities in local living. The fund has a target scale of RMB 700 million. As of now, the total committed capital of the fund amounts to RMB 436 million, with Shenzhen Intra-City, acting as a limited partner, committing RMB 213 million.
