Acrophyte Hospitality Trust said on Oct, 24 2025 that the strategic review announced earlier this year remains in progress and that it is still in discussions with its sponsor, Tang Organization, on a potential transaction involving its stapled securities.

The managers cautioned that there is no certainty any deal will be reached and pledged to release further information in line with Singapore Exchange rules once material developments arise.
