MIXUE Group announced that its board of directors will convene on 24 March 2026. The agenda includes:

1. Reviewing and approving the consolidated financial results for the year ended 31 December 2025 and releasing the final results announcement.

2. Considering a recommendation for a final dividend, if any, for the 2025 fiscal year.

3. Addressing other routine matters.

The meeting notice was signed by Executive Director and CEO Mr. Zhang Hongfu on 12 March 2026. As of that date, the board comprises four executive directors—Mr. Zhang Hongchao, Mr. Zhang Hongfu, Ms. Cai Weimiao, and Ms. Zhao Hongguo—and three independent non-executive directors—Ms. Poon Philana Wai Yin, Mr. Chu Gary Hsi, and Mr. Huang Sidney Xuande.
