AEM Holdings Ltd. announced that Advantest Test Solutions, Inc. has lodged a patent-infringement complaint in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California, claiming that AEM and its subsidiaries violated U.S. Patent Nos. 11,674,999 and 12,320,841 linked to a wafer-level test system.

AEM denied the allegations, stated that the referenced system is not used in its operations, and confirmed that it has engaged U.S. legal counsel to contest the suit.

The company noted that both parties settled an earlier arbitration on Jul, 28 2023, and said the new filing does not affect its business operations, products or ability to serve customers. AEM reiterated its revenue guidance for 2H 2025 issued on Aug, 13 2025.

AEM added that it will update shareholders on any material developments and advised investors to exercise caution when trading its shares.
