YIBIN BANK (ASX: 02596) has announced that on June 15, 2026, it entered into a sale and purchase agreement with Yibin Cuiping District Liya Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. Under this agreement, the bank will acquire a new street-front retail property located at Shop 1 on the 1st Floor and Shop 1 on the 2nd Floor of Building 19 in the "Liya • Hejin" project at No. 77 Jiuyuan Road, Wuliangye Avenue, Cuiping District, Yibin City. The total consideration for the transaction is RMB 16 million, inclusive of tax.

The property is situated within the future "Core Urban Function Zone" and "Central Activity Zone (CAZ)" as planned by the Cuiping District government. It is adjacent to key landmarks including the East Gate of the Wuliangye Group, Wuxing Park, and the Oriental Wine Valley Complex. The acquisition of this property is intended to enhance the convenience and responsiveness of the bank's financial services for its core clients.

Furthermore, the purchase will provide access to a high-quality retail customer base, including the over 1,275 households within the "Liya • Hejin" project, residents of surrounding mature communities, and future incoming "new citizens."
