According to an announcement dated February 5, 2026, Samsonite Group S.A. (1910) will appoint Mr. Luciano Severo Rodembusch, aged 55, to the role of President, TUMI on or about April 1, 2026.

Mr. Rodembusch previously served as President, North America, of Pandora A/S from August 2021 to January 2026, where he played a key role in expanding the brand’s presence in that market. Before joining Pandora, he held executive positions at Tiffany & Co. from November 2010 to July 2021, including leading Tiffany’s largest region as President and Senior Vice President, Americas. Earlier in his career, he held various marketing and sales management roles at Diageo, Bristol Myers Squibb, Procter & Gamble, and Icotron.

With extensive experience overseeing significant retail and wholesale operations for global luxury brands, Mr. Rodembusch is considered by the board to be well-suited to steer TUMI’s growth as a global performance luxury brand. He obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul – Brazil in 1991 and a Master of Business Administration from Fundação Dom Cabral – Brazil in 2002.
