China Zenith Chemical Group Limited (In Compulsory Liquidation) (Stock Code: 362) announced that pursuant to a High Court order dated 31 October 2025, two professionals from Acclime Corporate Advisory (Hong Kong) Limited, Messrs Osman Mohammed Arab and Lai Wing Lun, have been appointed as Joint and Several Liquidators.

The Company’s principal place of business in Hong Kong was updated on 31 October 2025 to 29th Floor, Lee Garden Two, 28 Yun Ping Road, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong. The telephone number, facsimile number, and email address have also changed accordingly.

The Company further reported the passing of Executive Director and authorised representative, Mr. Shing Pan Yu James, on 18 August 2025. Effective 31 October 2025, Messrs Osman Mohammed Arab and Lai Wing Lun have been appointed as authorised representatives of the Company.

Trading in the shares has been suspended since 17 March 2025 and remains so until further notice. The public will be kept informed of any developments through subsequent announcements.
