Wenchang City will host "Hua Chenyu Mars Concert 2025 - Wenchang Station" at the Wenchang International Aerospace City Rocket Industrial Park from November 28 to 30, 2025, alongside other major events. On October 31, the Wenchang Tourism, Culture, Radio, Television and Sports Bureau and the Wenchang Market Supervision Administration issued a notice regulating tourism market operations during major events, requiring all tourism-related businesses to operate legally and prohibiting price gouging.

The notice strictly forbids fabricating or spreading price hike rumors, colluding to manipulate room rates, or engaging in other unfair pricing practices. All accommodation providers, including hotels, guesthouses, and homestays, must adhere to the Wenchang Development and Reform Commission's "Government Guidance Price Scheme for Hotel Rooms During Rocket Launch Periods." Violators exceeding the guided pricing range will face severe penalties.

Businesses must implement clear pricing and disclosure systems, prominently displaying service items, fees, discount policies, service standards, and complaint hotlines. Additional undisclosed charges, false discounts, or unilateral price hikes after confirmed bookings are prohibited. Providers cannot shorten billing periods to effectively raise prices or include unfair contract terms that disadvantage consumers.

To enhance visitor experience, businesses are encouraged to offer late check-outs, festive decorations, volunteer services, and complimentary shuttle services between concert bus stops and hotels. This event presents an opportunity to showcase Wenchang's reputation as the "Aerospace City and Charming Hometown of Overseas Chinese." Tourism operators are urged to maintain enthusiastic, honest services to welcome Hua Chenyu's fans.
