RELYEZ ENERGY (09621) has announced that its offer price has been fixed at HK$9.78 per H share as of November 5, 2026.

Assuming the global offering becomes unconditional at or before 8:00 a.m. on November 9, 2026, the H shares are expected to commence trading on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange at 9:00 a.m. on November 9, 2026.

The H shares will be traded in board lots of 500 H shares each.
