BOC Hong Kong (Holdings) Limited has published its 2025 Annual Report, the accompanying circular and proxy form for the 2026 Annual General Meeting, and the 2025 Sustainability Report. All documents are available in both English and Chinese in the Investor Relations section of the company website and on HKEXnews.

The 2026 AGM will be conducted as a hybrid meeting at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, 25 June 2026, with an in-person venue at the Four Seasons Grand Ballroom, Level 2, Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong, and simultaneous online access via a dedicated platform.

Key dissemination arrangements:

1. Shareholders are urged to provide or update their email addresses to receive actionable corporate communications electronically. If no functional email is on record, printed copies of future actionable communications will be mailed automatically.

2. Non-actionable corporate communications will be distributed electronically by default. Printed versions will be supplied free of charge upon written request.

3. Requests for printed copies—whether for the current batch or for future communications—should be submitted to Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited via email or post, using the enclosed request form or the personalised QR code.
