• 2025 Annual Report • Circular covering proposed general mandates to issue and buy back shares, re-election of retiring directors, and the further appointment of an independent non-executive director who has served more than nine years, together with the notice of the forthcoming annual general meeting (AGM) • Form of proxy for the AGM

The company is encouraging shareholders to access these materials electronically (the “Website Version”). Non-registered shareholders who encounter difficulties with the email notification system or web access can obtain free printed copies of the current and all future corporate communications by completing the enclosed Request Form and returning it to Tricor Investor Services Limited, 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, or by emailing 154-ecom@vistra.com.

Shareholders preferring electronic communication must provide a functional email address to their bank, broker, custodian, nominee, or HKSCC Nominees Limited. Until a valid email address is supplied, notices of publication will be dispatched in printed form.
