The platform explicitly prohibits any use of technological means to simulate real users, create inauthentic content, or engage in fake interactions. It will implement governance measures targeting accounts operated using AI management models. The platform also urges users to utilize AI tools appropriately during the creation process. If users encounter accounts or content suspected of being AI-managed, they are encouraged to report them to the platform immediately via the report button.

Recently, the platform identified some users operating accounts through AI management models, which employ technical methods to automatically generate content, publish posts, and simulate human interactions in scenarios such as comments, private messages, and group chats.

Hundreds of millions of users share their life experiences on Xiaohongshu. Each genuine record and sincere interaction collectively forms the warm foundation of the community. Therefore, the platform strictly forbids any behavior that uses technology to mimic real people, produce non-authentic content, or engage in deceptive interactions.

Effective immediately, the platform will implement the following governance measures for AI-managed accounts: 1. For regular accounts that occasionally use AI management to write, post content, or interact on their behalf, the platform will apply graduated penalties based on the severity of the violation, including warnings and restrictions on content distribution. 2. For accounts registered, posting, or interacting directly through AI management tools, or accounts whose entire public post history consists of AI-generated content, the platform will impose permanent bans.

Users are called upon to use AI tools responsibly during content creation, insisting on sharing real experiences and feelings through genuine human contributions to collectively safeguard the community's authentic nature.

If users identify accounts or content suspected of being managed by AI, they should report them to the platform promptly using the report function.
