China CITIC Bank has issued the official reply slip for its 2025 Annual Shareholders’ Meeting (ASM), outlining key logistical and procedural details for investors holding H-shares with a nominal value of RMB1.00 each.

The 2025 ASM is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. on Wednesday, 17 June 2026, at Conference Room 818, 8th Floor, CITIC Plaza, Building No. 1, 10 Guanghua Road, Chaoyang District, Beijing, PRC.

Shareholders intending to attend in person or by proxy must complete and sign the reply slip and deliver it to the Bank’s Hong Kong H-share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, at 17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wanchai, Hong Kong, no later than Tuesday, 16 June 2026.

The Bank requests that shareholders: • Provide full registered name(s), address(es) and the exact number of H-shares held. • Indicate on the form whether they plan to speak at the meeting, including the estimated time required; due to time constraints, speaking opportunities are not guaranteed for all applicants.
