Cross-Harbour Holdings (The Cross-Harbour (Holdings) Limited) issued a profit warning stating that profit attributable to equity holders for the six months ended 30 June 2026 is expected to be about HK$340.00 million, down 34.50% from HK$519.10 million a year earlier.

Management attributed the anticipated decline mainly to a reduced net fair value gain on financial assets measured at fair value through profit or loss (FVPL). The gain is estimated at HK$230.00 million for the reporting period, versus HK$369.50 million in the first half of 2025.

The interim results are still being finalised and remain subject to auditor review. The company plans to release full interim figures in late August 2026 and advised shareholders and potential investors to exercise caution when dealing in its shares.
