ANTA SPORTS (02020) has announced that on May 15, 2026, the company granted approximately 3.79 million share awards, representing about 0.136% of the company's total issued shares as of the announcement date, under its 2018 Share Incentive Plan (2023 Revision). The awards were granted to 357 selected employees of the group, collectively referred to as grantees. Among these, 100,000 share awards were granted to Mr. Bi Mingwei, an executive director of the company.
