Corporate records show that the company linked to the "GEO Optimization System," Beijing Lisi Culture Media Co., Ltd., was established in April 2018. Its legal representative is Li Qianzhong, and it has a registered capital of 1 million RMB. The company's business scope includes organizing cultural and artistic exchange activities, literary creation, and hosting exhibitions. Li Qianzhong holds full ownership of the company. It is notable that the company's social insurance registration indicated only one employee for the year 2025, following several previous years with zero registered employees.

According to the report, an industry professional randomly purchased a software product named the "GEO Optimization System" from an e-commerce platform. The professional then fabricated details for a product called the Apollo-9 smart bracelet and input this fictional information into the software system, selecting the article generation command. Using the GEO system, the individual easily published a series of false statements online, successfully feeding this fabricated data to multiple AI models, which subsequently led to the AI models endorsing the non-existent product.
