Triumph New Energy Company Limited (formerly known as Luoyang Glass Company Limited), stock code 01108, convened its first extraordinary general meeting (EGM) of 2026 on 3 March 2026 in Luoyang Municipal, Henan Province, the PRC. According to the official announcement, the meeting procedures complied with the relevant requirements of the PRC Company Law and the Articles of Association.

A total of 191 shareholders and proxies attended, representing 253.56 million shares, or approximately 39.27% of shares with voting rights. Among them, H-share participants held 2.75 million shares, while A-share participants held 250.81 million shares.
