APi Group Corp (NYSE: APG) shares surged 6.58% in pre-market trading on Thursday after the company reported record second-quarter financial results that exceeded analyst expectations and raised its full-year outlook.
The company posted adjusted earnings per share of $0.44, beating the consensus estimate of $0.43, while net revenues climbed 13.3% year-over-year to $2.254 billion, surpassing the $2.205 billion estimate. Net income rose 28.6% to $99 million, and adjusted EBITDA increased 14.3% to $311 million.
Looking ahead, APi Group raised its full-year 2026 net revenue guidance to a range of $8.88 billion to $9.03 billion, above the FactSet estimate of $8.75 billion, and lifted its adjusted EBITDA forecast to $1.21 billion to $1.25 billion. The company also provided strong third-quarter guidance, projecting net revenues between $2.38 billion and $2.43 billion and adjusted EBITDA of $325 million to $335 million.
