CRRC announced on 17 April 2026 that, in line with Hong Kong Stock Exchange Listing Rule 2.07A and the paperless listing regime effective since 31 December 2023, all future Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) reports and other corporate communications will be distributed solely in electronic form.

Both English and Chinese versions of the documents will be accessible on the company’s website (www.crrcgc.cc) and the HKEXnews platform (www.hkexnews.hk).

Non-registered shareholders are required to provide their email addresses to their respective banks, brokers, custodians or other intermediaries to receive electronic notifications.

Shareholders preferring hard copies can submit a reply form to the company’s H-share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, at 17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wanchai, Hong Kong, or request via email at CRRC@computershare.com.hk.
