Dmall buys back 0.79 million shares for HK$5.12 million, treasury stock rises to 40.69 million

Hong Kong, 15 May 2026—Dmall Inc. disclosed a Next Day Return indicating the on-market repurchase of 789,400 ordinary shares on 15 May 2026. The shares were bought at prices ranging from HK$6.39 to HK$6.70, giving a volume-weighted average cost of HK$6.49 per share and an aggregate consideration of HK$5.12 million. All repurchased shares have been retained as treasury stock.

Following the transaction, Dmall’s outstanding share count (excluding treasury shares) declined by 0.09 % to 896.80 million, down from 897.59 million. Treasury shares increased from 39.90 million to 40.69 million, while the company’s total issued share capital remained unchanged at 937.49 million.

The buyback was executed under the share-repurchase mandate granted on 23 May 2025, which permits the repurchase of up to 89.96 million shares. Cumulative buybacks under this mandate now total 40.69 million shares, representing 45.23 % of the authorised limit and 4.52 % of the company’s issued shares at the time the mandate was approved.

Under Hong Kong Stock Exchange rules, Dmall is restricted from issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 14 June 2026, a 30-day moratorium triggered by the latest repurchase.

The board confirmed that all repurchases complied with the HKEX Main Board Listing Rules and relevant legal requirements.
