On 17 October 2025, Towngas Smart Energy Company Limited (01083) disclosed that 31,924,173 ordinary shares were allotted and issued under a scrip dividend arrangement for the interim dividend covering the six months ended 30 June 2025. The new shares represent approximately 0.878% of the total issued share capital prior to the allotment. The issue price per share was HKD3.998.

Following this scrip dividend share issue, the total number of issued shares increased from 3,636,709,007 shares to 3,668,633,180 shares.
