Sembcorp Financial Services, a wholly owned subsidiary of the company, announced on Wednesday the successful issuance of S300 million in fixed−rate guaranteed notes.
Priced at 3.555 billion Euro Medium Term Note programme (established July 2023) will pay interest semi-annually on January 2 and July 2 each year.
The offering was nearly seven times oversubscribed, with proceeds earmarked for Sembcorp’s general corporate purposes and working capital needs.
The group’s share price closed unchanged at S$6.85 on Tuesday.
