On 29 April 2026, Cryofocus Medtech (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. reiterated that all future corporate communications—covering annual reports, interim reports, meeting notices, listing documents, circulars and proxy forms—will be provided exclusively in electronic form via the company website (www.cryofocus.com) and HKEXnews (www.hkexnews.hk).

The notice follows an initial letter dated 30 April 2025 and confirms that printed copies will no longer be dispatched unless specifically requested. Non-registered shareholders are required to supply their functional email addresses to their respective banks, brokers, custodians, nominees or HKSCC Nominees Limited.

Shareholders preferring hard-copy documents must complete and return the enclosed reply form to the H-share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Ltd. (17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong) or email cryofocus.ecom@computershare.com.hk with name, address and the request for printed materials.
