Centurion Accommodation REIT issues 3.1 million new units to settle management fees

Centurion Asset Management Pte. Ltd., the manager of Centurion Accommodation REIT, announced on Feb, 26 2026 that 3,104,558 new units have been issued at 1.121 Singapore dollars per unit.

The new units were allotted to Centurion Capital Investments Ltd. as payment of 100% of the manager’s fees for the period from Sep, 25 2025 to Dec, 31 2025, comprising 2,675,760 units for the base fee and 428,798 units for the performance fee.

Following the transaction, the total number of units in issue stands at 1,722,435,558, while the manager holds no units in the trust.
