MINIEYE (02431) has officially entered into a collaboration with Hunan Xiangjiang Zhixin Yuntu Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Zhixin Yuntu"), a subsidiary of Hunan Xiangjiang Intelligent Technology Innovation Center Co., Ltd. The partnership aims to deepen the application of autonomous logistics vehicle technology and achieve large-scale commercialization, jointly exploring the new ecosystem of intelligent logistics.

Under the agreement, MINIEYE will deliver 100 autonomous logistics vehicles and supporting software systems to Zhixin Yuntu by the end of 2026. The product lineup includes the Xiaozhu T5 and T8 models, as well as future iterations launched during the cooperation period, catering to diverse logistics scenarios.

Zhixin Yuntu will leverage its local resources, industrial integration capabilities, and policy advantages in Hunan to facilitate the large-scale operation and scenario adaptation of Xiaozhu autonomous vehicles in the region, accelerating technology deployment.

This collaboration builds on a solid foundation of trust and prior cooperation. Previously, MINIEYE partnered with Hunan Xiangjiang New Area in V2X technology and autonomous minibus operations, successfully launching pilot routes. In September, the company received official recognition for its autonomous driving achievements, winning the "Autonomous Bus Pilot Application Award" in Hunan Xiangjiang New Area’s smart transportation initiative.

Notably, Xiaozhu autonomous vehicles have already secured strategic partnerships with industry leaders such as China Post and Eastern Bus, completing initial deliveries in the logistics sector. The 100-vehicle order marks a critical milestone in MINIEYE’s L4 autonomous driving commercialization strategy, validating its "hub-and-spoke" approach—leveraging key cities as anchors to deepen local integration before expanding regionally.

Hunan Xiangjiang New Area is actively advancing its "vehicle-road-cloud integration" pilot zone, aligning with MINIEYE and Zhixin Yuntu’s collaboration. By combining technological expertise with scenario-driven solutions, the partners aim to accelerate the R&D-to-deployment cycle, contributing practical momentum to the region’s smart transportation infrastructure.
