China Dongxiang (Group) Co., Ltd. has scheduled a board meeting for 24 June 2026. Directors will review and approve the consolidated financial results for the twelve months ended 31 March 2026 and determine whether to recommend a final dividend for shareholders.

The Board currently comprises Executive Directors Chen Yihong (Chairman), Chen Chen and Lyu Guanghong, alongside Independent Non-Executive Directors Gao Yu, Tang Songlian, Zhou Zhiyi and Du Zhongbing.
