Shareholders endorsed the following key items:

• FY2025 financial statements and directors’ and auditor’s reports were approved without objection. • A final dividend of HK1.0625 cents per share was sanctioned. Based on the company’s 800.00 million issued shares, the distribution represents a total cash outflow of approximately HK$8.50 million. • Re-election of executive directors Mr Pang Yat Ting, Dominic and Mr Ho Chu Ming, and independent non-executive director Mr Ng Kee Fat Ronny was confirmed. • The board was authorised to set directors’ remuneration. • PricewaterhouseCoopers was re-appointed as external auditor for FY2026, with fees to be determined by the board. • General mandates were renewed, allowing directors to issue up to 20% of the company’s existing share capital and to repurchase up to 10%. An extension mandate permits the addition of repurchased shares to the issuance limit.

Total shareholder attendance represented 74.96% of the company’s issued share capital (800.00 million shares).
