China Electronics Optics Valley Union Holding Company Limited (CEOVU) announced on 15 May 2026 that a Supplemental Circular and a Supplemental Notice of Annual General Meeting (AGM) are now available in both English and Chinese on the HKEXnews website and the company’s homepage (www.ceovu.com).

In line with Rule 2.07A of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Listing Rules—effective since 31 December 2023—CEOVU has formally adopted an electronic‐only dissemination model for all future corporate communications, including annual and interim reports, meeting notices, circulars and proxy forms. Under this arrangement:

1. All forthcoming corporate materials will be provided online (the “Website Version”) rather than in print. 2. Non-registered shareholders are urged to supply a functional email address to their bank, broker, custodian, nominee or HKSCC Nominees Limited to receive electronic publication notifications. 3. Until an email address is provided, non-registered shareholders will continue to receive printed notification letters alerting them to the availability of online documents. 4. Shareholders who prefer hard copies can request printed versions free of charge by submitting the enclosed Reply Form to the Hong Kong share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, or by emailing ovu.ecom@computershare.com.hk.
