Orca Entertainment Group Chairman and CEO Fan Luyuan issued an internal memo to senior management announcing an organizational upgrade as the new fiscal year approaches. The company will actively embrace artificial intelligence and accelerate the integration of online and offline entertainment ecosystems.

According to the memo, Du Yanlong has been appointed Chief Technology Officer of Orca Entertainment Group. Wu Qian (Guangying) has been named President of Youku. He Mi (Yifeng) and Shen Yan (Zuiweng) have been rotated to new roles, assuming the positions of Vice President of Orca Entertainment Group and President of DAMAI ENT Performance, respectively.

Du Yanlong, Wu Qian, and He Mi will report directly to Fan Luyuan. Shen Yan will report to Li Jie, President of DAMAI ENT, who in turn reports to Fan Luyuan.

Over the past year, driven by the dual engines of Youku and DAMAI ENT, Orca Entertainment Group has achieved profitability for three consecutive quarters. Currently, AI is guiding a significant shift within the entertainment sector. We must proactively seek change, actively adopt AI, and speed up the fusion of online and offline full-scenario entertainment ecosystems.

As the new fiscal year begins, the Group has decided to implement the following organizational upgrades:

- Appoint Du Yanlong as CTO of Orca Entertainment Group, responsible for planning and implementing the Group's AI technology development strategy. - Appoint Wu Qian (Guangying) as President of Youku, responsible for the platform's operational results.

Additionally, the Group will continue its regular executive rotation policy. He Mi (Yifeng) and Shen Yan (Zuiweng) have been reassigned as follows:

- He Mi (Yifeng) assumes the role of Vice President of Orca Entertainment Group, overseeing the Group's commercialization and variety show operations. - Shen Yan (Zuiweng) becomes President of DAMAI ENT Performance, responsible for ticketing and live event businesses.
