Mi Ming Mart Holdings Limited announced on 13 July 2026 that the English and Chinese versions of its FY 2025/26 Annual Report, Notice of Annual General Meeting (AGM), related circular and proxy form are now available on both the company’s website (www.mimingmart.com) and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s HKEXnews portal (www.hkexnews.hk).

The board, led by Chairlady and Chief Executive Officer Yuen Mi Ming Erica, is encouraging shareholders to access the “Website Version” of the documents as the preferred channel. Registered shareholders who have previously opted for hard-copy communications will find printed materials enclosed with the notification letter.

Shareholders experiencing difficulty with email notifications or online access can request printed copies free of charge by completing and returning the enclosed reply form to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited (17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong) or by emailing 8473-ecom@vistra.com.

The notification reiterates that maintaining a functional email address with the registrar is each shareholder’s responsibility. Until an active email address is provided, the company will continue to dispatch Notices of Publication and any “Actionable Corporate Communications” in printed form.
