MODERN DENTAL (03600) announced that Dr. Zhang Weimin, due to his intention to dedicate more time to other commitments at FDI World Dental Federation, will not seek re-election as the company's independent non-executive director upon the expiry of his current term. Consequently, Dr. Zhang will step down from his roles as independent non-executive director, Chairman of the Board Remuneration Committee, and member of the Nomination Committee on December 15, 2025. Following Dr. Zhang's departure, Dr. Qiu Jiabao, the company's independent non-executive director, will be appointed as Chairman of the Board Remuneration Committee and member of the Nomination Committee.
