Comba Telecom Systems Holdings Limited announced the allotment of 102,000 new ordinary shares on Nov, 3 2025, following the exercise of options granted under its share option scheme adopted on Jun, 3 2013.

The issuance comprised 30,000 shares exercised by scheme participants and 72,000 shares exercised by directors. As a result, Comba Telecom’s outstanding share capital increased to 3,132,676,722 shares from 3,132,574,722 shares.

The company reported no changes to treasury shares and recorded no share buy-backs or on-market disposals during the period.
