New Century Group Hong Kong has released its 2026 Annual Report, the accompanying circular dated 13 July 2026 and the Notice of Annual General Meeting. The full English and Chinese versions are now accessible on the company’s website (www.ncgrp.com.hk) and the HKEx news portal (www.hkexnews.hk).

Shareholders holding New Century Group Hong Kong shares through the Central Clearing and Settlement System (CCASS) who prefer hard-copy versions can submit a duly completed request form to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong. Printed copies will be provided free of charge upon receipt of the request. Scanned request forms may also be emailed to 234-ecom@vistra.com.

Non-registered shareholders wishing to receive future corporate communications electronically should supply a functional email address via their banks, brokers, custodians, nominees or HKSCC Nominees Limited. Until a valid email address is provided, notifications of online publication will be dispatched in printed form.
